    •   Birth Certificate of student

    •   2 passphort size photographs of student

    •   2 passphort size photographs of father and Mother each

    •   Copy of Aadhar card

    •   PEN(Permanent Education Number) issued by Previous school

    •   School Leaving Certificate/TC
